performance in resonor

The composer and improviser Hardi Kurda performed with a specially prepared bow abstract sounds on his violine to the sounds of the installation Resonor. During the performance he moved trough the different tunnels of the reservoir exploring the possibilities of location and movement during the performance. The installation becomes the score and inspiration for his improvisation.

The installation as a body made of different interwoven layers, bodies that become one bigger body filled by tensions and relations which shape the sonic happening. The human performer and the visitors become small circulating bacteria or cells which become part and influence the sound body.
