Roomination is an interactive sound and light installation. The visitor interacts through his movement in space with the room, reshaping its appearance by his presence. The atmospheric sound environment invites to ruminate on how our physical actions influence environments. The floor of the dance hall swings from the vibration of an attached transducer and the deep frequencies of a subwoofer, a spatial setup of additional loudspeakers hand from the ceiling. Sounds and light are activated by visitors.
